1. Notification Period: Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their flowers if there are any issues.


2. Care Instructions: It is essential to follow the floral care instructions provided
with your purchase. Proper care helps ensure the longevity and freshness of your flowers.


3. No Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds, either full or partial, for any flowers once they are purchased.
 

4. Living Products: Please note that flowers are living things and should not be left in the heat or harsh conditions, as this can significantly affect their vase life.
 

5. Replacement Policy: If your flowers have died within 48 hours of receipt,
despite following the care instructions, please contact us immediately with a picture of the flowers. We will be happy to offer a replacement for the affected
blooms.
